In the 1990´s Jack Klauwers designed and constructed this villa of . approx. 500m.² with Jacuzzi on the top floor next to the master bedroom which is decorated by plaster-of–Paris niches, arches and pillars.

Interior patio with fountain, games room with bar, maid´s quarters separately built in the gardens, large swimming pool of 12m length and with a barbecue/dining-area set-up. Large separate garage at the end of the drive.

In 2002 Jack Klauwers was asked by the same owner to design his new villa on a bordering plot, and here he built a large villa of aprox. 600 m² with an interior swimming pool attached by a bridge to an exterior pool. In the pool area a specialist painted a “trompe-oeil” landscape along the interior garden and fish-pond.

The villa features also Jacuzzi, private elevator from pool area to topfloor, interior Andalucian patio, Entrance hall with pyramid shaped centre dome, double garage at the end of the drive, livingroom with fireplace, separate diningroom, kitchen ,and the 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite all wall-tiled in rose marble.
