These complexes of 69 apartments constructed and sold in three different stages were built on the beachfront of Torrenueva starting in the 1980´s.

The apartments of great luxury at that time, were all sold to individual clients during construction by Jack´s partners in that particular venture.
They all had one or two bedrooms, bathrooms, lving- diningrooms, entrance halls and terraces facing the beaches.
All the apartments were of different designs.
