This villa was constructed by Jack Klauwers in 1984, with a constructed area of over 500 m², featuring a large exterior swimming pool, garage, Jacuzzi set in its own tower shaped room with sliding glass panels for year round use, covered barbecue area, and several bedrooms all with their own bathrooms en-suite.

The interior patio was specially designed for the owners with a touch of Andalucia.

Features such as decorative arches, marble pillars, Sevillian tiles and centre fountain were incorporated into the design.
