design and build villas, but clients benefit from our wealth
of experience. We can prepare drawings and interior decorations,
introduce or accompany you to shops and suppliers of tiles
/ marble / sanitary ware / electrical installations etc. and
obtain the proper licenses from architects, surveyors and
finally Town halls.
Nederprom S.L. has a permanent workforce
of 8 highly competent men some of who have been working with
Jack Klauwers since 1982. It is our policy to dedicate ourselves
100 percent to the work we are undertaking whether it is a
new villa or a reform.
Due to this policy of maintaining the very
highest standards, the company can only commit themselves
to the construction and supervision of two villas per year
and new orders have to fit into this schedule.
